Our residential leasing process is simple. If you’re interested in one of our lofts or apartments, just fill out the online screening application. We’ll keep your information on file, and as units become available, we’ll reach out to qualified applicants. For commercial spaces, we like to start with a conversation. Tell us about your business or concept, what kind of space you need, and any special requirements you may have. From there, we’ll talk through which current or upcoming spaces might be a good fit and walk you through the next steps together. For residential tenants, once you’ve completed the online application and been approved, we’ll show you available properties, then provide lease details and move-in timelines. For commercial tenants, we’ll work more closely to understand your business, review lease terms, and collaborate on any build-out or design plans.
