Our residential leasing process is simple. If you’re interested in one of our lofts or apartments, just fill out the online screening application. We’ll keep your information on file, and as units become available, we’ll reach out to qualified applicants. We regularly bring new residential spaces online, so even if nothing is open right now, there may be opportunities soon. You can learn more about specific units and buildings HERE.
For commercial spaces, we like to start with a conversation. Tell us about your business or concept, what kind of space you need, and any special requirements you may have. From there, we’ll talk through which current or upcoming spaces might be a good fit and walk you through the next steps together. We take a collaborative approach to make sure the space supports your vision from day one.

For residential spaces, this typically happens when a unit is available. For commercial spaces, we’re also happy to give early previews of upcoming projects so you can plan ahead.

For residential tenants, once you’ve completed the online application and been approved, we’ll show you available properties, then provide lease details and move-in timelines. For commercial tenants, we’ll work more closely to understand your business, review lease terms, and collaborate on any build-out or design plans. Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and aligned with your needs.

We do offer pet-friendly units, primarily cat-friendly. Due to the nature of our mixed-use properties, we rarely have any units that are dog-friendly. The handful that we do allow dogs require them to be under 25lb.
