Introducing Church & Main Lofts

Introducing Church & Main Lofts

Church and Main Lofts are a part of The Lydia building and loft collection, but with a completely different vibe. These apartments are perfect for first-time apartment renters, college students, downtown workers, or anyone that thrives with efficient space and lots of character.

Like with most of our properties, each unit in this collection is unique. No loft is the same. Different layouts, different kitchens, and a range of historic character featured. There will be 4 available units, once we officially launch this project. These lofts are special, sporting exposed brick, unique built-in shelving options, and incredible views over Church & Main Streets.

We don’t want to give away too much too soon, but we will be opening these up for new residents in the very near future. We are proud of these lofts and how they add yet another unique touch to our downtown. We also love the location, putting residents in the heart of Marion, near all the action, dining, and entertainment. These lofts will be right above OX-B’s, and steps away from Whit’s, Lazeez Grill, and Baires Restaurant, so good food is never far! If someone you know is looking for a cozy new space to call home, send them our way and have them fill out a prescreen form! We can give early birds a tour and a signed lease before these officially open up to the public.

We will share more details as these lofts get finished. Be on the lookout for more media, announcements, and inside looks!

Whether you have someone coming for a birthday, Palace Theatre show, senior night celebration, or work, you want them to stay somewhere comfortable and memorable. Direct them to a stay that’s better than a hotel, it’s a boutique experience at a downtown Airbnb! Welcome them to Marion with a place to stay that’s steps away from everything downtown Marion has to offer!

I’m away in Ireland this week for a leadership conference. Whenever I can, I love finding special Airbnbs, boutique hotels, and experiential stays while I travel. This trip I ended up at The Mayson, a boutique hotel in a historic building overlooking the River Liffey that flows right through the city center of Dublin. I always find ideas and inspiration from these experiences and bring home a head full of ideas and a camera roll full of inspo photos of the colors, architectural features, and special touches that I find while exploring.

It struck me the other day while traveling, I realize how important it is to have a space to call home for a bit. I am proud that my team and I can offer nice, clean places for people to stay in Marion. Whether it’s for a few days, or for a few years, I am humbled by the growing number of people who stay with us as short or long term residents. We are able to offer people the ability to live in historical places that also feel like a modern escape, and it’s really gratifying to have a small part in so many peoples’ lives. I hope you’re half as excited about Church & Main Lofts as we are. With every apartment renovated, restaurant opening, or shop turning on its lights, we are all making Marion a better place to live.

Better Together,
