Luke is a passionate guy who has been investing and developing real estate since he was 19. He loves all kinds of business and entrepreneurs, and he’s an experienced practitioner, founding and operating numerous businesses, most of which he still leads today. If he’s not working with one of his own business teams, he is probably sharing a coffee or lunch with another business owner, aspiring entrepreneur, or local community leader. Luke is a visionary who takes risks and gets things done.

Courtney is a high energy, self starting professional who oversees the day to day operations of the downtown properties. She maintains strong rapport with commercial and residential tenants, as well as coordinates repairs, maintenance, and smaller construction activities. Her engagement and proactivity ensures tenants are happy, and happy tenants stay long term. It is not unusual for us to get weekly compliments from various tenants who love working with Courtney.

Taylor brings energy and flare to every project she touches. In her role, she works with new and existing businesses to help them find the perfect office, retail, or restaurant space in our recently developed buildings in downtown Marion. She also is the Community Manager for Connect Coworx, our coworking, meeting, and event space, where she blends her skills in community building and hospitality to create a unique experience for our members.
