Luke is a passionate guy who has been investing and developing real estate since he was 19. He loves all kinds of business and entrepreneurs, and he’s an experienced practitioner, founding and operating numerous businesses, most of which he still leads today. If he’s not working with one of his own business teams, he is probably sharing a coffee or lunch with another business owner, aspiring entrepreneur, or local community leader. Luke is a visionary who takes risks and gets things done.

Courtney is a high energy, self starting professional who oversees the day to day operations of the downtown properties. She maintains strong rapport with commercial and residential tenants, as well as coordinates repairs, maintenance, and smaller construction activities. Her engagement and proactivity ensures tenants are happy, and happy tenants stay long term. It is not unusual for us to get weekly compliments from various tenants who love working with Courtney.
